On June 26, 2026, we had the incredible opportunity to visit the Fort Bend Justice Center. Alongside Ms. Reddi, we met with the Honorable Judge Dean Hrbacek to spread the word about FIRST and STEM.
Judge Dean Hrbacek gave us a fascinating, behind-the-scenes look at how the justice system functions. We toured the holding cells, explored a judge’s office, and learned about the inner workings of court hearings. He even showed us some gripping (and occasionally funny) surveillance videos of individuals realizing they had been caught red-handed.
In return, we pitched our passion for FIRST and STEM, explaining what our team does and why our mission matters. We also shared how we give back to the community, highlighting our work with the nearby Fort Bend Hope.
