As the summer sun sets and the school bells start ringing, we decided there was no better way to kick off the new academic year than by sparking some creativity in our community! We were absolutely thrilled to host a back-to-school STEM workshop, and the turnout was incredible—it was so much fun meeting such a bright group of future engineers!
To make sure everyone had the best experience possible, we split our participants into two dynamic groups. Our younger innovators dove head-first into the world of robotics, building awesome color-sensing robots using the LEGO Spike Prime Kits. Seeing them watch their creations come to life and react to the world around them was a total highlight!
Meanwhile, our older students took a deeper dive into the high-tech side of things. They spent the session leveling up their skills in coding and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). It was inspiring to see them tackling complex challenges and building the foundation for their future projects. We’re so proud of everyone who joined us, and we can’t wait to see what these young bandits create next!
